The Process:
- Please schedule a phone call appointment at the link below and fill out the questionnaire.
- Email p@paigesaucyn.com with photos of the interior and exterior of each home you are considering as well as the addresses and floor plans. If you do not have access to official floor plans, a hand-drawn sketch is fine.
- I will analyze each property's interior, exterior, floor plan, lot, and land.
- At the time of your appointment, we will discuss the most supportive properties for you and your family. You will have a chance to ask any questions you may have.
- Please note that the price of this service covers analysis of up to four homes and a 30-minute phone call discussion. If you would like additional analyses please email me to arrange a personalized plan and payment link.

Why is it important to consider Feng Shui when choosing a home?
While Feng Shui can enhance any space, the most foundational aspects—land, topography, roadways, floor plan, and overall energetic imprint—are extremely difficult to "fix" once you move in. Choosing a home with strong, auspicious Feng Shui from the start can support every area of life, including your health, mental wellness, relationships, finances, career, and more. This guidance is more impactful than trying to correct a misaligned home after the fact.
What aspects of a home do you analyze?
- Interior: Floor plan, architectural details, room placement (according to the bagua map), window and door positions, and whether the layout supports good furniture flow and energy.
- Exterior: Lot shape, surrounding land, home position on the land, nearby roadways, topography, and proximity to energetically sensitive places (like cemeteries or schools).
- Energy: I also tune into the energetic feel and history of the home and the land it sits on.
How many homes can I submit for analysis?
Your session includes a full analysis of up to four properties.

What do I need to submit for the analysis?
Once you've booked your session, please complete the intake questionnaire and send photos, videos, addresses, listings, and floor plans (hand-drawn is fine) for each home. Materials must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled call.
How do I schedule the service?

What happens during the 30-minute phone call?
During our call, I’ll share my analysis of each property and rank the homes from most to least supportive based on Feng Shui principles. I’ll also answer any additional questions you have.
Is this service only for buyers, or can renters use it too?
Both buyers and renters benefit from this service. Even if you don’t own the home, the environment you live in still has a profound effect on your energy, health, and life path.
Do you offer follow-up support after the call?

Can you analyze homes in any location?
Yes. I can evaluate properties anywhere, including apartments and condos.
Is this a remote or in-person service?
This is a remote offering. However, if you're located in Los Angeles and would like in-person support or home tours, email me to arrange a custom plan.
When will I receive my analysis?
Your full analysis will be shared during our scheduled phone consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Home choice guidance sessions can be rescheduled via the Calendly link up to 24 hours before our appointment. I do not offer refunds on cancellations because this service requires me to complete work before our scheduled appointment.
